Outside of your sessions you’ll receive support over messages as well as access to the optional Ollfitz Personal Training app.
Here you’ll be set workouts, receive help to monitor your nutrition and have direct access to other support at your finger tips to help keep you accountable outside of your personal training sessions.
How much does it cost?
The first session is free and following this sessions are £35 per session. Available in either block bookings or monthly payments.
