Regular check-ins are at the heart of what we do. We’ll have a weekly check-in, monthly review and round the clock support via messages. I’m here to support you on your journey and be your fitness bestie.

The Ollfitz Training App is a free tool included in your coaching. Here is where you’ll find your training messages, log your nutrition, regular check-ins and gain access to lots of extra free tools and support.

Based on your personal goals we’ll set a bespoke training plan. Starting with a 4-week confidence building programme to get you started.
Your programme can also be adapted to whether you train in a gym or at home and include your favourite forms of exercise.

You need someone who's qualified in nutrition to support your needs. With a BSc Nutrition and Sport (Level 6) I am equipped with the know how on how to support your diet.
There’s no fad diets, replacing chocolate with baby bells or crash diets that will lose you weight in 6 weeks and then gain more than you lost straight after. We’re going to help you build sustainable, long-term habits that can change your life.

You’ll start the first month with a 4 week confidence building programme before progressing into a long term plan. Our goal will be to help you build healthy, sustainable habits that not only help you achieve goals but will help you feel good in yourself.
What if I want to occasionally do in-person sessions?
Based in Beverley, East Riding of Yorkshire I offer in-person sessions at the East Riding Beverley Leisure Centre. A perfect location for anyone who lives in Hull or East Riding.
If you’d like to attend the occasional session, you can be added to our cancellations and extra sessions group. Online clients can book sessions at a discounted rate of 25%, meaning it’s only £30 per session if you’d like to come along.
