Working together on a weekly basis I will help you achieve your goal in the gym. You will receive 1-1 training sessions, training plans, nutritional check-ins and round the clock support.

The best part is the additional support outside your training sessions is included at no extra cost as I want to see you succeed.

And I want to make it as easy as possible for you to get started. That’s why the first session is on me, a free taster session! I’ll see you at the Beverley Leisure Centre.

Sessions after your taster session are only £25 per session after that.
